Page 286- Gauri Sukhmani Mahalla 5- ਸਤਿ ਪੁਰਖੁ ਜਿਨਿ ਜਾਨਿਆ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੁ ਤਿਸ ਕਾ ਨਾਉ ॥ The one who knows the True Lord God, is called the True Guru. ਤਿਸ ਕੈ ਸੰਗਿ ਸਿਖੁ ਉਧਰੈ ਨਾਨਕ ਹਰਿ ਗੁਨ ਗਾਉ ॥੧॥ In His Company, the Sikh is saved, O Nanak, singing the Glorious Praises of the Lord. ||1|| Page 300- Gauri Mahalla 4- ਸਤਿਗੁਰੁ ਪੁਰਖੁ ਦਇਆਲੁ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਨੋ ਸਮਤੁ ਸਭੁ ਕੋਇ ॥ The True Guru, the Primal Being, is kind and compassionate; all are alike to Him. ਏਕ ਦ੍ਰਿਸਟਿ ਕਰਿ ਦੇਖਦਾ ਮਨ ਭਾਵਨੀ ਤੇ ਸਿਧਿ ਹੋਇ ॥ He looks upon all impartially; with pure faith in the mind, He is obtained. ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਵਿਚਿ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤੁ ਹੈ ਹਰਿ ਉਤਮੁ ਹਰਿ ਪਦੁ ਸੋਇ ॥ The Ambrosial Nectar is within the True Guru; He is exalted and sublime, of Godly status. ਨਾਨਕ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਤੇ ਹਰਿ ਧਿਆਈਐ ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਪਾਵੈ ਕੋਇ ॥੧॥ O Nanak, by His Grace, one meditates on the Lord; the Gurmukhs obtain Him. ||1|| Page 333- Gauri Kabeer ji- ਸਹਜ ਕੀ ਅਕਥ ਕਥਾ ਹੈ ਨਿਰਾਰੀ ॥ The description of the state of intuitive poise is indescribable and sublime. ਤੁਲਿ ਨਹੀ ਚਢੈ ਜਾਇ ਨ ਮੁਕਾਤੀ ਹਲੁਕੀ ਲਗੈ ਨ ਭਾਰੀ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ It is not measured, and it is not exhausted. It is neither light nor heavy. ||1||Pause|| ਅਰਧ ਉਰਧ ਦੋਊ ਤਹ ਨਾਹੀ ਰਾਤਿ ਦਿਨਸੁ ਤਹ ਨਾਹੀ ॥ Neither lower nor upper worlds are there; neither day nor night are there. ਜਲੁ ਨਹੀ ਪਵਨੁ ਪਾਵਕੁ ਫੁਨਿ ਨਾਹੀ ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਤਹਾ ਸਮਾਹੀ ॥੨॥ There is no water, wind or fire; there, the True Guru is contained. ||2|| ਅਗਮ ਅਗੋਚਰੁ ਰਹੈ ਨਿਰੰਤਰਿ ਗੁਰ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਤੇ ਲਹੀਐ ॥ The Inaccessible and Unfathomable Lord dwells there within Himself; by Guru's Grace, He is found. ਕਹੁ ਕਬੀਰ ਬਲਿ ਜਾਉ ਗੁਰ ਅਪੁਨੇ ਸਤਸੰਗਤਿ ਮਿਲਿ ਰਹੀਐ ॥੩॥੪॥੪੮॥ Says Kabeer, I am a sacrifice to my Guru; I remain in the Saadh Sangat, the Company of the Holy. ||3||4||48|| Page 586- Vadhans Mahalla 3- ਤਿਸੁ ਮਿਲੀਐ ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਸਜਣੈ ਜਿਸੁ ਅੰਤਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਗੁਣਕਾਰੀ ॥ Meet with that True Guru, the True Friend, within whose mind the Lord, the virtuous One, abides. ਤਿਸੁ ਮਿਲੀਐ ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਪ੍ਰੀਤਮੈ ਜਿਨਿ ਹੰਉਮੈ ਵਿਚਹੁ ਮਾਰੀ ॥ Meet with that Beloved True Guru, who has subdued ego from within himself. ਸੋ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੁ ਪੂਰਾ ਧਨੁ ਧੰਨੁ ਹੈ ਜਿਨਿ ਹਰਿ ਉਪਦੇਸੁ ਦੇ ਸਭ ਸ੍ਰਿਸ੍ਟਿ ਸਵਾਰੀ ॥ Blessed, blessed is the Perfect True Guru, who has given the Lord's Teachings to reform the whole world. ਨਿਤ ਜਪਿਅਹੁ ਸੰਤਹੁ ਰਾਮ ਨਾਮੁ ਭਉਜਲ ਬਿਖੁ ਤਾਰੀ ॥ O Saints, meditate constantly on the Lord's Name, and cross over the terrifying, poisonous world-ocean. ਗੁਰਿ ਪੂਰੈ ਹਰਿ ਉਪਦੇਸਿਆ ਗੁਰ ਵਿਟੜਿਅਹੁ ਹੰਉ ਸਦ ਵਾਰੀ ॥੨॥ The Perfect Guru has taught me about the Lord; I am forever a sacrifice to the Guru. ||2|| Page 656- Sorath Naamdayv ji- ਜਬ ਦੇਖਾ ਤਬ ਗਾਵਾ ॥ When I see Him, I sing His Praises. ਤਉ ਜਨ ਧੀਰਜੁ ਪਾਵਾ ॥੧॥ Then I, his humble servant, become patient. ||1|| ਨਾਦਿ ਸਮਾਇਲੋ ਰੇ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੁ ਭੇਟਿਲੇ ਦੇਵਾ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ Meeting the Divine True Guru, I merge into the sound current of the Naad. ||1||Pause|| Page 695- Dhanasari Peepaa ji- ਜੋ ਬ੍ਰਹਮੰਡੇ ਸੋਈ ਪਿੰਡੇ ਜੋ ਖੋਜੈ ਸੋ ਪਾਵੈ ॥ The One who pervades the Universe also dwells in the body; whoever seeks Him, finds Him there. ਪੀਪਾ ਪ੍ਰਣਵੈ ਪਰਮ ਤਤੁ ਹੈ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੁ ਹੋਇ ਲਖਾਵੈ ॥੨॥੩॥ Peepaa prays, the Lord is the supreme essence; He reveals Himself through the True Guru. ||2||3|| Page 759- Soohi Mahalla 3- ਸਤਿਗੁਰੁ ਮੇਰਾ ਸਦਾ ਸਦਾ ਨਾ ਆਵੈ ਨਾ ਜਾਇ ॥ My True Guru, forever and ever, does not come and go. ਓਹੁ ਅਬਿਨਾਸੀ ਪੁਰਖੁ ਹੈ ਸਭ ਮਹਿ ਰਹਿਆ ਸਮਾਇ ॥੧੩॥ He is the Imperishable Creator Lord; He is permeating and pervading among all. ||13|| Page 1195- Basant Ramanand ji- ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਮੈ ਬਲਿਹਾਰੀ ਤੋਰ ॥ I am a sacrifice to You, O my True Guru. ਜਿਨਿ ਸਕਲ ਬਿਕਲ ਭ੍ਰਮ ਕਾਟੇ ਮੋਰ ॥ You have cut through all my confusion and doubt. ਰਾਮਾਨੰਦ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਰਮਤ ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ॥ Raamaanand's Lord and Master is the All-pervading Lord God. ਗੁਰ ਕਾ ਸਬਦੁ ਕਾਟੈ ਕੋਟਿ ਕਰਮ ॥੩॥੧॥ The Word of the Guru's Shabad eradicates the karma of millions of past actions. ||3||1|| Page 1351- Prabhati Beni ji- ਕਹੁ ਬੇਣੀ ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਧਿਆਵੈ ॥ Says Baynee, as Gurmukh, meditate. ਬਿਨੁ ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਬਾਟ ਨ ਪਾਵੈ ॥੫॥੧॥ Without the True Guru, you shall not find the Way. ||5||1||
